We have a zero tolerance for UCE as well as a policy that no email, unless sent from our system, to our 100% verified and verifiable email accounts, or sent through a responsible company that verifies and is verifiable, can point to any of our domains, period. Anyone of our subscribers, agents or employees who violate this policy has agreed to our policies as stated and further agrees to allow us to immediately charge their credit card account $1,500 for each instance. If 2 or more incidences occur, we may file at our discretion, a minimum of $10,000 damages claims action against our subscriber, agent or employee for damages in the San Diego courts. As you can see, SPAMMERS are not welcome at Inetekk.com.
All domains under Inetekk.com's control that have any form of submission, all send a verification email to the email in the submission form. This email must be returned or the link in that email clicked before any function can be completed. Upon doing this, the recipient has agreed to receive additional commercially oriented email from our subscribers. All email originates on our servers and all email verifications are contained within the email our servers send. All verifications are also stored indefinitely for retrieval to prove we have obtained verification. This policy also applies to anyone who sends or subscribers email. If you send email to us, expect to receive email back, All incoming email is traced, identified and stored indefinitely, to prove verification of receipt.
Any email sent to our subscribers autoresponders are also stored indefinitely and every autoresponder our systems send out also contains the full information (see sample) that was contained in the email that was sent to our servers.
If you feel you are receiving email from our servers that is not verified, unsolicited or abusive, simply look at the email to see that your IP address, Subject info, content and email address has been captured. If you feel that someone is abusing you, the IP address will probably be either forged or the IP address of the culprit who is causing the mischief. This gives you the ability to pursue the real offender. Flaming us and/or our providers will just put you at risk for abuse complaints from us.
You may also instruct our servers to block all email to your address as well. The link to remove is found at the bottom of all emails our servers send out. By clicking that link and completing the function, your email will be blocked from all of our domains indefinitely. Alternatively, any email returned to our servers with the word "Remove" in the subject will also be added to our block list. Any email address that is in our block list will not receive any additional email from our servers. If you find this to be contrary please contact us so we can look into it. Most likely a malfunction has occurred.
It is our primary concern to support the global policies to eliminate UCE. Inetekk.com, Inc. has never used UCE nor have we ever supported it. As the Internet evolves, and Inetekk continues to develop more sophisticated anti abuse precautions, we look forward to the day that Spamming becomes an issue of the past. Spam complaints, whether legitimate or not, cause great demand on limited resources for all parties. This is why Inetekk.com, Inc. has adopted an aggressive policy to report all false Spam complaints as abuse to the reporting parties ISP and upper providers. Before making Spam and/or abuse complaints to our providers, we ask you to first determine very carefully what you have as proof to indicate the abuse.
